Like butter on toast...

The app plays smoothly, more so than the site. I got a 4096 with a 1024 so Ive played a *lot*. Its an addictive game that is relaxing and yet strategic. The principle is simple enough: merge same values together, but there is a random chance of where the next tile will appear that keeps you on your toes. Tips: choose a corner and swipe towards the corner only. Only swipe away if you must. Clear the clutter. Snake towards your corner. Have fun!
